Accounting firm website
Grafa: an accounting firm website with tax articles and a price calculator
A demo website for Grafa, a made-up accounting firm in Ufa: 14 articles on tax and bookkeeping for sole traders and LLCs, 8 service pages and a fee calculator.

The task
Business owners search Yandex for what a sole trader on the simplified system pays and whether they need a till, and they read the answers on other people’s sites. I want our site to give that answer, and then let them work out the monthly fee and send a request.
What we built
- 14 articles in 4 sections, figures checked against primary sources in October 2026
- 8 service pages, a price list and a monthly fee calculator
- Squared exercise-book paper with a red margin, a header laid out as ledger columns
- Lighthouse on mobile 97-100, a page weighs 88-95 KB
A made-up firm and real taxes
Grafa does not exist. The firm, its address, phone, email and prices were invented for the demo, and a strip on every page says so. The site itself is live. The tax figures in the articles are real.
14 articles for real search questions
A business owner first searches for an answer, and the request goes to the site that answered clearly, with the sums worked out. Grafa is built around 14 articles in four sections. The topics come from Yandex and Google suggestions collected on 14 October 2026, one main query per article. Some of them, translated:
- “sole trader taxes on the simplified system 2026”;
- “sole trader contributions for themselves 2026”;
- “VAT on the simplified system 2026”;
- “patent or simplified system, which is better 2026”;
- “self-employed or sole trader, which is better”.
The figures were checked in October 2026 against the Tax Code on pravo.gov.ru, nalog.gov.ru, garant.ru and cbr.ru. Anything a primary source did not confirm carries a caveat or was left out. Each article opens with a “current as of October 2026” stamp and ends with its sources.
A calculator that itemises the fee
The visitor picks a sole trader or an LLC, the tax regime, employees and monthly transactions, and ticks VAT and marketplace sales. The estimate builds up line by line, the monthly total under a stamp. Above 600 transactions the calculator asks for a bank statement. A button carries the estimate into the request form, which checks the fields in the browser, sends nothing and says it is a demo.
A ledger and a squared exercise book
The background is squared paper with a red margin and notes in red pen. The header is the heading row of a ledger, each menu item a numbered column. Numbers are monospaced and aligned right, and stamps and buttons are in green accounting ink.
- 31 pages in the sitemap, static HTML.
- Lighthouse on mobile: performance 97-100, the other three scores 100 on every page.
- First screen in 1.5-1.7 s, a page weighs 88-95 KB. CLS is 0. The two fonts, Source Serif 4 and IBM Plex Mono, take about 74 KB.
- JavaScript loads only on the price page (the calculator, 3 KB) and the request page.
Pages and prices for such a site are on the accounting firm website page. The Punkt law firm demo also rests on articles. Tell us about yours in the request form.
