Vet clinic website with prices and online booking

Services with prices, vets, booking with a choice of animal and the emergency number at the top of the screen.
Pet owners call or book from a phone in a couple of taps, even at night.

What clients tell us
  • People call at night to ask whether we are open, even though our hours are on the maps.
  • We get asked what cat spaying costs ten times a day. The price list is a PDF nobody opens on a phone.
  • Owners forget about vaccinations, and the front desk has no time to call them all.
  • We keep bookings in a notebook, and a couple of times two pets were booked with the surgeon for the same slot.

What we build

01

Services and prices

Vaccination, spaying and neutering, microchipping, lab tests, inpatient care. Each service has its own page with prices.

02

Booking by animal

Cat, dog, rodent or bird, then a service, a vet and a free slot. The vet knows in advance who is coming.

03

Emergency number on top

On a phone the duty vet’s number and opening hours are visible at once. One tap to call.

04

Pet card

Name, species, breed, vaccinations and visit history in the owner’s account. Comes with the backend version.

05

Vaccination reminders

A Telegram bot messages the owner when the next vaccination is due. The clinic sets the intervals.

06

Map and home visits

Address, map, parking and entrance. If your vets visit homes, a separate page with areas and the call-out price.

In detail

Which pages a vet clinic website needs

  • A header with the phone number and opening hours. On a phone the number is visible without scrolling and dials with one tap. If the clinic is open 24 hours, it says so in large type at the top, not in small print in the footer.
  • A page per service: vaccination, spaying and neutering, microchipping, lab tests, inpatient care. Price, how to prepare the animal, how long it takes, when to pick it up.
  • A price list on the page, not in a PDF. If prices for cats and dogs differ, they go in separate columns.
  • Vets: photo, specialty, experience, courses. The owner of a dog with a heart condition needs a cardiologist and wants to see whether the clinic has one.
  • Online booking with a choice of animal. Species, breed and age help pick the vet and the length of the visit.
  • Home visits, if you offer them: areas, call-out price, what the vet can do at home.
  • Contacts with a map, parking and a photo of the entrance. At night, someone carrying a sick animal should not have to look for the door.

How much a vet clinic website costs

What is includedPriceTime
Website with services, prices, vets, a map and a request formfrom $190launch in 1-2 weeks
Website with online booking, pet cards and an admin panelfrom $1,100launch in 4-6 weeks
Telegram bot for booking and remindersfrom $125launch in 2-4 weeks

The simplest option is a site without a backend. It has services, prices, vets and a form that sends requests to the front desk in Telegram. There is no booking into free slots, no owner account and no pet card.

Those need a server, a database and an admin panel. The price of such a site depends on booking by animal, pet cards with vaccinations and a link to your clinic software, if it has an API. The number of services barely matters: pages come from one template.

If for now you only need booking and reminders, start with a Telegram booking bot and connect the site to it later. You can see how a bot and a Mini App work together in Pereplyot. It is a bookshop, but choosing and confirming work the same way as booking a vet.

How pet owners find a vet clinic in search

Owners search by place and urgency. Typical queries: “24 hour vet near me”, “vet Zarechensky district 24 hours”, “cat spaying Tula price”, “vet home visit Tula”. The site answers each of these with its own page.

  • The city in the title and h1 of every service page: “Cat spaying in Tula: price and preparation”.
  • The same opening hours on the site, in Yandex Business and in 2GIS. If they differ, someone drives to a closed door at night.
  • District pages only if the clinic has several branches or home visits do not cover the whole city.
  • Prices on the pages. Search suggestions for almost every service end with “price”, and the answer belongs on the page, not in “call us for details”.
  • Real photos: reception, treatment rooms, inpatient ward, vets with their patients. A stock photo of a smiling labrador adds no trust.
  • Reviews on Yandex Maps and 2GIS. Ask for them after a visit; the same bot that sends vaccination reminders can send the link.
  • Schema.org markup for the clinic, opening hours and prices. Fast loading on mobile data.

We do not promise rankings. The site gives you the foundation; reviews, nearby competitors and up-to-date prices do the rest.

How we work

  1. You describe the task in your own words: which services, how many vets, whether you have inpatient care and home visits, where you keep bookings now. No spec needed.
  2. We estimate the work and fix the price before we start. Changes beyond the agreement are estimated separately.
  3. We show a demo with about 40% of the features. You pay after it. We explain why in the article on payment after the demo.
  4. We launch the site on the clinic’s server and domain. The code and access stay with you, and for a month after launch we fix texts, colours, spacing and pictures for free.

Describe your clinic in the request form. We will reply with an estimate.

Booking forms and owner accounts store the owner’s name and phone number, so under Russian law 152-FZ you need consent to personal data processing and a privacy policy. We add them to every form. Keep the prices on the site current: people arrive with the amount from the price list, and nobody wants an argument at the front desk.

What it looks like

Berezhno is a demo 24-hour vet clinic in Samara. From the species and birth date the site builds a vaccination schedule, the emergency page says what to do before arrival, and the booking form checks the fields. The clinic is made up, the schedule and booking work.

Questions

Can we change prices and vet schedules ourselves?

Yes, in the version with an admin panel you edit services, prices and schedules without a developer. On a site without one, we make the edits: free for the first month after launch, hourly after that.

How do vaccination reminders work?

The owner connects the Telegram bot from a link in their account or a QR code at the front desk. The vet marks the vaccination in the pet card, and the bot messages the owner when the next one is due.

Can you connect the site to our clinic software?

If the system has an API, we connect it: bookings and pet cards stay in sync. If there is no API, you work in the site’s admin panel, and we move your client base over from an Excel or CSV export.

What about hosting and the domain?

The server and the domain are registered to the clinic, and you pay for them directly. We help you choose and set them up, and hand over the code and all access after launch.

Do we need a separate page for home visits?

If you do home visits, yes. People search for exactly that: “vet home visit” with a city, often with “24 hours” or “price”. The page shows the area you cover, the price and a phone number.
