Okhra: a Krasnodar renovation website with an estimate calculator

A made-up company, market figures

Okhra does not exist. The company, address, phone, staff roles and all six portfolio projects were invented for the demo, and there are no reviews. Rates follow the Krasnodar market for 2026, but nothing can be ordered. The articles and district pages are written in earnest: building years and house types come from public sources and are not passed off as the company’s experience.

A calculator that does not overpromise

The client sets the area and the type of flat: new build with no finish, white box or resale. Then the type of renovation, rooms and bathrooms, the level of materials and options such as air conditioner lines. The site shows a price range, the price per square metre, the timeline and a breakdown: labour, rough and finishing materials, the bathroom. Under the result it says plainly that the exact sum comes from an estimate after a site visit. The result can be sent to a demo form.

A materials showroom

The site looks like a showroom: a limestone wall with sample boards of terracotta, majolica, plaster, oak and zellige. Each service is shown by its material, the bathroom by zellige, the kitchen by majolica. The textures are SVG drawn right in the CSS, there are no photos. Sample projects are illustrations with a before and after slider.
