The task

Employers call to ask what it costs to find five shop assistants and when they will start, and every time we work it out by hand. The price and timing should be on the website, and people asking search engines about hiring should find it.

A made-up agency, real salaries and laws

Beydzh does not exist. The agency, the team, the rates and the guarantee were made up for the demo. The website is live but takes no orders: the form checks the fields, shows a reply and sends nothing.

16 articles that answer employers’ questions

Employers rarely search for an agency. They search for answers, so the website has 16 articles for employers in three sections: hiring, law and paperwork, team and money. The topics come from Yandex and Google suggestions collected on 14 October 2026. Among the Russian queries are “how to interview a job candidate”, “probation period under the Labour Code” and “staff turnover formula”.

The Labour Code, the Tax Code and the personal data law 152-FZ were checked against the primary sources in October 2026. Each article lists its sources and shows an “up to date as of” date. The 8 job pages show salary ranges from the first page of hh.ru listings with a stated salary in Voronezh on 14 October 2026, rounded and marked as approximate.

A calculator that draws the candidate’s path

The employer picks the job, the number of people and the urgency. It shows the price per person and in total, the volume discount, the start date and the guarantee. Below runs a road with stages from the job profile to the first day at work, and its days change with every input. Six service pages are laid out as CVs with the same path, and the free replacement guarantee has its own page.

A reception desk and badges on lanyards

The website is an agency reception desk in deep blue and coral. The logo is a badge on a lanyard, and job badges hang under the home page heading. Instead of photos there are geometric SVG portraits marked “fictional character”. The fonts are Rubik and Geologica, and the dark theme is the same office in the evening.

No JavaScript framework. The calculator and the form run on two scripts of about 3.5 KB gzipped each.
