Website and marketplace scraping: Wildberries, Ozon, Avito

We collect public data: prices, stock, search rankings, listings.
The data arrives on a schedule in a sheet, a database or Telegram. Nothing to copy by hand.

What clients tell us
  • Every morning a manager checks competitor prices on Wildberries and Ozon by hand.
  • A competitor runs out of stock, and we find out a week later.
  • We need Avito listings for our niche to understand the market.
  • We bought an analytics service, and the fields we need are not there.

What we build

01

Prices and stock

Prices, discounts, availability, rating and review count for a list of products or search queries.

02

Search rankings

Where a product ranks for the queries you care about and how that changes.

03

Export

To a Google Sheet, Excel, a database or through an API.

04

Notifications

A Telegram message when a price changes, a product runs out or a new seller appears.

05

Runs on a schedule

The scraper runs on your server, keeps a log and retries after a failure.

06

History

Data is kept by date, so you can build charts from it.

What we collect and what we do not

We collect only public data that any visitor sees without logging in. We do not collect or store personal data: names, phone numbers, contacts of sellers and buyers. In Russia its processing falls under Federal Law 152-FZ, in the EU under GDPR.
Platform rules often limit automated collection. Before we start we read the terms of use, keep the request rate gentle and use an official API where one exists. We do not take tasks that require bypassing logins or protection.

What it looks like

In Brovka a scraper regularly pulls news from twelve outlets, removes duplicates and tags clubs and tournaments. Price monitoring works the same way: collect on a schedule, clean, deliver in a usable form.

Price and timeline

Cost

  • Scraper for one platform

Collection, cleaning and export to a sheet or a database

    from $190

Timeline

Demo in 1-2 weeks, launch in 2-3 weeks

Prices are a guide. We name the exact amount after a conversation and fix it before we start.

How we work

  • Payment after the demo

We invoice once we show a demo with about 40% of the functionality done.

  • We do the estimate

We assess the complexity and the progress ourselves and explain how we counted.

  • A month of free fixes

For a month after launch we fix small things for free, as long as they add no new features.

  • Your code, your access

You get the source code and access to the server, the bot and the admin panel. Nothing ties you to us.

Questions

Is it legal?

Collecting public information is not prohibited as such. The limits come from the platform rules, copyright on the content and personal data law. We work inside those limits and tell you up front if a task goes beyond them. For a legal opinion on your case, ask a lawyer.

What if the platform changes its layout?

The scraper stops finding some fields, and the log shows it. If the fix is small, we do it for free during the first month after launch. After that the work is hourly, $20 per hour.

How often can data be collected?

It depends on the platform and the volume. For prices a few times a day is usually enough. We collect more often only if it does not put a noticeable load on the site.

Do marketplaces have an official API?

For your own products, yes: Wildberries and Ozon have seller APIs, and they are the more reliable source. There is no such API for competitor data, that takes scraping public pages.

Can you collect seller phone numbers from Avito?

No. That is personal data, and collecting it without the owners’ consent breaks Russian law 152-FZ. We do not take such tasks.

Tell us about the task
