Glamping website with online booking

A page for every cabin, dome and tent, an availability calendar and booking with a deposit.
Guests see the price for their dates and book on their own, without long chats in messengers.

What clients tell us
  • People book through direct messages: a guest asks about dates, we reply an hour later, and they have already found another glamping site.
  • Weekday and weekend prices differ, summer and winter are separate seasons, and we work out every booking by hand.
  • Booking platforms take a commission, and our regular guests write to us directly anyway.
  • Our website was built on a site builder, and dome photos take half a minute to load on a phone.

What we build

01

A page for every cabin

Photos outside and in, capacity, amenities, sauna or hot tub, nightly price by season.

02

Calendar and booking

Guests pick dates and see free cabins with the total price.

03

Online deposit

Through YooKassa, CloudPayments or another provider. Dates close once paid.

04

TravelLine and Bnovo

We add your channel manager’s booking module or connect to it, if the system has an API.

05

Stay calculator

Nights, guests, sauna, breakfasts, transfer. The total is visible before booking.

06

Getting there

A map, coordinates, routes by car and from the station, where to park.

In detail

Pages a glamping website needs

  • A page for each type of stay: dome, A-frame, tent, cabin with a sauna. Photos outside and in, capacity, beds, what the cabin has, nightly price by season. Use your own photos, taken in daylight and in different seasons.
  • A booking calendar: free dates for each cabin, the total price, a deposit. A paid booking closes the dates at once.
  • Prices and seasons: weekdays, weekends, minimum nights over the holidays, as a text table rather than a picture.
  • Getting there: a map, coordinates, routes by car and train, the winter road, parking.
  • Things to do: sauna, hot tub, paddleboards, fishing, trails.
  • Rules: check-in and check-out, children, pets, cancellation and refunds.
  • Reviews: links to your Yandex Maps and 2GIS listings, where guests leave them.

Booking: your own calendar or a channel manager

If cabins are sold on several platforms, dates usually live in a channel manager such as TravelLine or Bnovo. One option: their booking module goes on the website, and booking and payment go through the system. The other: your own booking form that takes free dates and prices from the channel manager, if the system has an API.

If you sell only directly, your own calendar is enough. The admin closes dates, changes seasonal prices and sees bookings. Deposits go through your payment provider, such as YooKassa or CloudPayments. The contract and fee are yours. A booking is confirmed only after the provider’s answer, so unpaid bookings do not hold dates.

Guests want the total before booking: two nights, four guests, sauna on Saturday. Our glamping demo «Luda» has this calculator: each night is priced by its own season. A walk through a cabin in first person works like the house walk in Yelnik. See the page about a website with a 3D configurator and a calculator.

Guests who write in Telegram can book in a Telegram booking bot with the same calendar.

How much a glamping website costs

What is includedPriceTime
Website with cabins, prices, a map and a TravelLine or Bnovo modulefrom $190demo in 1 week, launch in 1-2 weeks
Website with its own calendar, deposits, stay calculator and admin panelfrom $1,100demo in 2-3 weeks, launch in 4-6 weeks

Booking drives the price most: your own calendar costs more than a module, and syncing with a channel manager costs more still. A stay calculator, the number of cabin types, an English version and a 3D tour add to it.

How people find a glamping site online

Guests search for a place and a format, not a name. Typical queries: “glamping in Karelia”, “glamping with a sauna and hot tub”, “where to go for the weekend from St Petersburg”. Each needs a page that answers it at first glance.

  • Region and format in the title and h1: “Glamping in Karelia on a lake shore”, not “Welcome”.
  • Separate pages for the sauna, hot tub or winter stays, if you have them. No copy pages for nearby cities.
  • Articles for people still choosing: where to go for the weekend, what to pack for winter, the route to you. Write from your own experience.
  • A Yandex Business and 2GIS listing with a link, photos and prices. If you are on Yandex Travel, keep the same prices there.
  • Nightly prices as text on the page: people search for “glamping price per night”.
  • Schema.org markup for the place: address, prices, amenities.
  • Your own photos instead of stock, and fast loading on a phone with compressed images.
  • Reviews on maps: after check-out, send the guest a message with a link to your listing.

We do not promise rankings or timeframes: they depend on competitors in the region and on reviews.

How we work

  1. No spec needed. Describe in your own words how many cabins you have, how people book now and whether you use a channel manager.
  2. We estimate the work and fix the price before the start. Changes beyond the agreement are estimated separately.
  3. We show a demo when about 40% of the features are ready: cabin pages and the calendar. You pay after the demo, the article on payment after the demo explains why.
  4. Launch. The server and domain are in your name, and the code and access to the server, domain and admin panel go to you. For a month we fix texts, colours and pictures for free.

The booking form collects a name, a phone number and an email, which is personal data. Under Russian law 152-FZ the website needs a consent to processing and a privacy policy. Ask for passport details at check-in, not in a web form. Publish cancellation and refund terms before the guest pays.

What it looks like

Luda is a demo glamping site on Lake Ladoga. Its calculator prices every night by season, checks cabin capacity and the rules for dogs, and shows the estimate and the deposit next to it. The brand is made up, the pricing works.

How we work

We assess the complexity and the progress ourselves and explain how we counted.

  • Your code, your access

You get the source code and access to the server, the bot and the admin panel. Nothing ties you to us.

Questions

We already use TravelLine or Bnovo. Will the website work with it?

Yes. The simplest way is to add their booking module to the website. If you want your own booking form, we connect to the system, if it has an API.

Can we change prices and close dates ourselves?

Yes, in the admin panel: seasons, nightly prices, weekends and holidays, closed dates. If prices live in a channel manager, the website takes them from there.

How do we take deposits?

Through a payment provider such as YooKassa or CloudPayments. You sign the contract with it, and its fee is yours. A booking is confirmed once the provider confirms the payment.

Who pays for hosting and the domain?

You do: the server and domain are registered in your name, usually a few hundred roubles a month. We hand over the code and access to the server and admin panel after launch.

Will the website bring guests on its own?

No. You also need Yandex Maps and 2GIS listings, reviews and pages for what guests search for. We do not promise rankings. You will be able to add articles and pages yourself.
