Car service website with online booking and prices

Clients see your prices, work out the cost for their car and book a free lift themselves.
The service desk gets the booking in Telegram instead of a missed call.

What clients tell us
  • The phone rings while I am under a car, and half the calls are about the price of an oil change.
  • Clients message us “any slot tomorrow?”, and we keep bookings in a paper notebook.
  • We have a card on the maps but no website. People check prices at the shop next door.
  • Someone leaves the car in the morning and calls until evening to ask whether it is ready.

What we build

01

Services with prices

Oil change, diagnostics, suspension, tyre fitting, wheel alignment. A starting price and what it includes.

02

Booking a lift

The client picks a service, a date and a time. Busy bays never show up.

03

Repair calculator

Car class and the chosen jobs give a price broken down line by line.

04

Car is ready

The service desk changes the status in the admin panel, and the client gets a Telegram message.

05

Admin panel for prices

Prices, services, bays and opening hours change without a developer.

06

Your shop software

Bookings go to 1C, YCLIENTS or your workshop software, if it has an API.

In detail

What pages a car service website needs

  • A page for each service: oil change, computer diagnostics, suspension repair, tyre fitting, wheel alignment. It shows the starting price, what the job includes and how long it takes.
  • Pages per car brand, only if you really specialise, say in Kia and Hyundai. Twenty identical brand pages will not help in search.
  • A repair calculator. The client picks a car class and jobs, and the website shows the price line by line.
  • Online booking: a service, a free bay and a time. The duration comes from the service, so two cars cannot be booked onto one alignment rig in the same hour.
  • Photos of your workshop, lifts and rig, not stock pictures. People want to see who they leave their car with.
  • Contacts with a map, the way in and opening hours. In tyre season, say whether you take cars without booking.

How much a car service website costs

What is includedPriceTime
Website with services, prices and a calculator, requests to Telegramfrom $1901-2 weeks
Website with online booking by bay, car statuses and an admin panelfrom $1,1004-6 weeks
Telegram booking bot, on its own or with the websitefrom $1252-4 weeks

Online booking moves the price the most. If the client leaves a request and you confirm the time by phone, a simple website is enough. If the client picks a free lift and a time, you need a server, a database and an admin panel with the bay schedule.

Then comes the calculator: how many car classes and jobs. Integration with your software is estimated once we have seen its API. The price is fixed before we start. The server and the domain are paid by you and are not part of our price.

If clients already message you in Telegram, a booking bot can take bookings there, next to the website.

Calculator and repair status

The calculator works like the one in our car service demo «Tsekh 66». Each option adds a line to the estimate, the total updates at once, and the request goes out with the chosen set. The service desk gets “Camry, oil change and front pads, here is the total” instead of “call me back”.

Repair status is simple. The desk marks the car “in progress”, “waiting for parts” or “ready”, and the client gets a Telegram message. Nobody has to call and ask.

How people find a car service in search

People look for a car service nearby and with a price: “car service Motovilikha”, “oil change Perm price”. This is how we build the website for such searches.

  • One page per service. The city is in the page title and the h1, for example “Oil change in Perm”. The price is written as text on the page, not only inside the calculator.
  • A district page only if you have a separate location there. Identical pages for every district will not help.
  • Yandex Business and 2GIS cards with a link to the booking page. People often choose a service right on the map.
  • Schema.org markup for the business and its services: address, phone, opening hours, prices.
  • A fast mobile version: people search on their phone, sometimes by the roadside, on a weak connection.
  • Reviews on the maps. A link to your map card can go out with the “car is ready” message.

We do not promise rankings or timeframes: they depend on competitors in your city and on the age of the website.

Where to start

  1. Describe in your own words what jobs you do, how many bays you have and how you take bookings now. No formal spec needed.
  2. We estimate the complexity and fix the price before we start. Anything beyond the agreement is estimated separately.
  3. We show a demo with about 40% of the functionality, and you pay only after it. The reasons are in why we take payment after the demo.
  4. We launch the website and hand over the code and access. For a month after launch we fix texts, colours and pictures for free.

You can describe the task in the request form.

A booking form collects a name and a phone number, which is personal data. Under Russian law 152-FZ the website needs a privacy policy and the client’s consent, and we add both to the form from the start. Keep the prices current: the client will arrive with the figure from the calculator.

What it looks like

Tsekh 66 is a demo car service in Yekaterinburg. The service calculator prices jobs and parts by car class and mileage, and the three-step booking picks up the chosen job. The garage is made up, the calculator and booking work.

Questions

How much does a car service website cost?

A website with services, prices and a calculator starts from $190. A website with online booking by bay, car statuses and an admin panel starts from $1,100. We give the exact price after your description and fix it before we start.

Can we change the prices ourselves?

Yes. With an admin panel, prices, services and coefficients by car class change in the browser. On a simple website we change prices for you, free for the first month after launch.

Will the website connect to our shop software?

If the software has an API, we connect it, and bookings and clients land there on their own. If not, bookings come to Telegram and a sheet, and the service desk moves them over.

What about hosting and the domain?

The server and the domain are registered in your name, and you pay the provider directly. A car service website runs fine on an inexpensive server, and we help you pick one.

Will we have to pay for promotion?

Not necessarily. Pages for each service, prices in plain text and search markup come with the website. Paid ads and ongoing SEO are separate work you can add later.
